Amityville: Haunted House. Last updated 3 September 2026.
Use the contact page. It is read by a person. Say which platform you are on — the web, Android, Windows or iPhone — and what the house did.
Where is my saved game?
The house keeps your place by itself, after every turn, on the device you
played on. CONTINUE on the title screen picks the run back up and tells you
which day it is returning you to. Saves are stored on your own device and
are not synchronised between devices or browsers.
CONTINUE is greyed out.
That means this device has no saved run — a new game has never been started
here, the last one reached an ending, or the browser's storage was cleared.
Private browsing windows discard storage when they close.
The house gives the same short answer to everything.
Most of what the house says is written at the moment you act. When that
service cannot be reached, the game falls back to a short authored line
rather than failing. It usually resolves on its own; if it does not, write
through the contact page.
Is my data collected?
No account, no sign-in, no advertising, no personal data. What leaves the
device is what you do in the game, so the house can answer it, and nothing
about you. The full detail is in the
privacy policy.
Is this about the real house?
It is fiction, inspired by a case that is a matter of public record. It names
no real person and re-enacts nothing that happened to anyone. Six people died
in that house and this game does not use them as material.
